Giulia & Verena invite you to gather together at HAVEN, where nature calls you to slow down, to breathe, and to listen.

Just 1.5 hours from Berlin, Haven Havelland is located in the heart of the Westhavelland Nature Park. Renovated with love by Uta and her partner, this peaceful haven features a charming 1920s dance hall turned into a yoga space. With seven cozy ensuite bedrooms and an outdoor sauna tucked inside an old boathouse, this space is perfect for reflection and rest.

Over the course of 4 days and 3 nights, we’ll gather in community to move, breathe, and reconnect. Our guided practices will blend warming Vinyasa flows with grounding Yin, mirroring the shift from the energy of autumn into the deep introspection of winter. This retreat offers you a chance to align with nature’s seasonal rhythm through mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness.

Between sessions, soak in the sauna, curl up with a book, enjoy nourishing seasonal meals, or wander through the natural beauty that will surround us.

ACCOMODATION:
Haven Havelland is a true gem.
The main house has been carefully renovated with intention and love. The yoga room, once a 1920s dance hall, is now a light-filled space where movement and breath unfold in sacred stillness.

Each of the seven bedrooms features a private ensuite, blending the home’s original character with modern comfort. The garden sauna, located in a converted boathouse, offers a beautiful space for warmth and release. Everything in the house invites calm and ease.

THE FOOD:
Food will be taken care by our sweet Vicky, an incredible human being and chef. Let us introduce her to you with her own words:

"I've been cooking with and for my family for as long as I can remember. I'd say entertaining guests, enjoying meals in a convivial atmosphere, and celebrating delicious dishes is part of my DNA. I've been a retreat cook for five years and really enjoy cooking for yogis!

My cooking style is charachterized by focusing on fresh, colorful ingredients, intense flavors, and balanced menus. I find inspiration while I'm on my travels to Asia, the Mediterranean, Central America, and the Middle East. Vegan and vegetarian creations are my passion and I believe they complement the yogic philosophy perfectly."

WHAT TO EXPECT:
The retreat begins on Thursday, November 20th, at 5 PM with a welcome circle and grounding yoga session, and ends on Sunday, November 23rd, after brunch.

Each day is curated and tuned in order to offer a balance between activity and rest, connection and introspection.

Mornings will begin in silence. A meditation session, followed by an energizing Vinyasa yoga practice to awaken you. Afternoons are yours to enjoy. Read a book, wander through nature, decompress in the sauna, or simply rest. We'll gather again in the late afternoon for a movement practice.

We plan on gently reflecting the natural shift of the season by alternating the mood between our daily practices. Dynamic and energizing in the morning, slow and restorative later on in the day. Transitioning into winter with intention will be the main centre of the whole retreat. The duality within the nature of the flows will be the perfect echo of that.

GIULIA AND VERENA:
Originally from Italy and with backgrounds in hospitality, Giulia and Verena share a deep passion for creating soulful, inclusive, and nurturing retreat experiences.
Both are drawn to the uplifting rhythm of Vinyasa, while also embracing the quiet depth of slower, grounding practices like Yin.
You can expect a balanced blend of both throughout the retreat.

Giulia brings a vibrant, playful spirit to her classes, guiding dynamic flows set to carefully curated playlists. Verena offers a grounding presence, blending strong, steady holds with deep rest and insights of yoga philosophy.

Together, they create a harmonious blend, complementing each other like yin and yang. Their shared intention is to hold a welcoming space where you can arrive. Just as you are.
