At every solstice and equinox, we come together
in this community event to tune in
with ourselves and each other. 

Moving strongly yet playfully, Giulia and Phil will guide you through four sets of 27 sun sals, leaving a little pause for a sip of air and water in between. 

These seasonal gatherings are a space to set intentions for the months ahead, not only for our personal growth but also with compassion for those around us in need: participation is donation-based, collecting money for a good cause. For the winter solstice, all proceeds will go to the Berliner Kältebus, supporting homeless people in Berlin to a safe place to spend the night.
